Water Treatment Division Mission Statement We will always do our best to ensure that the rules, regulations, and guidelines, set by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Louisiana Department of Health/Office of Public Health are met. It is our goal to always provide the City of Monroe and the citizens that depend on our water system with the best quality and quantity of water possible.
