City of Monroe Announces Bayou Kubota Groundbreaking

(Monroe, LA) - Bayou Kubota, along with the City of Monroe and Monroe Chamber of Commerce, will have a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, September 6.

The groundbreaking will begin at 10 AM and be located at the corner of Fontana Rd. and the new N Service Road along I-20.
